- "NMN can be taken before exercise or at any time during the day to boost resilience, drive and energy.
- Athletes have reported improved sensation of energy when taken 20-30 minutes before exercise. This reflects studies that show NMN is absorbed within 5-10 minutes into the bloodstream. NMN also passes the blood-brain barrier to increase NAD+ levels in the brain, which improves cognitive function.
- Taking it in the late afternoon has also been shown to improve sleep."
So you'll see there is a lot of flexibility about when to take it. You may want to consider experimenting with different times of day to see if it has any noticeable effects.
We recommend a dose of 500mg daily (one capsule), but a number of our customers and leading longevity doctors take 1000mg daily.
