How do I pause/ cancel my subscriptionUpdated 6 months ago

Pausing and delaying your account

Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your humanpeople account. It's your health hub, where you can manage everything related to your wellness journey.

Navigate to Your Dashboard: Once logged in, head over to your dashboard. It's designed to be user-friendly, giving you a clear view of all your health-related activities and plans.

Access Your Subscriptions: In your dashboard, you'll find the 'Subscriptions' section on the left sidebar. Here, all your current subscriptions are neatly laid out for you.

Manage Your Subscription: Under the 'My Subscription' section at the top, you'll find all the details about your ongoing subscriptions. Simply click on 'Manage My Subscription' to view the various options available to you. Select the new delivery date and confirm it.


If you are having any problems drop us a message in the chat bot or email us at [email protected] a week before your next subscription is due and we will do it straight away.


You can tell us how long you want to pause if you need to catch up.


Pausing with no new date or cancelling your subscription

If you want to suspend your account or cancel we would be very sad to see you go.

You can do this by logging into your dashboard and selecting my account, under my subscription actions select either suspend or cancel.


Login> My account> My subscription> Actions> Suspend/ Cancel
