Which FoodMarble app should I use? The blue or the green?Updated 5 months ago

FoodMarble has two apps which can be used for SIBO breath testing. You can use either for your SIBO test.

One is blue and is subtitled "personal digestive tracker". The other is green and is subtitled "IBS and SIBO management". The difference between the two is that the green app was designed for patients who are working with a clinician with a FoodMarble account.

Whichever app you use, the most important thing is to choose the lactulose challenge for SIBO testing and to follow the pre-test instructions very carefully.
