We do not offer in-person consultations unless it is specifically concerning the prescription of antibiotics for SIBO treatment. In which case, the consultation is held over Zoom.

We do, however, recommend people start by taking our free online health assessment. This takes 5-10 minutes to complete and is a comprehensive functional medicine questionnaire aimed at understanding not just your health history, but also to gauge where you might need support to achieve your health goals. At the end of the health assessment, we provide a set of personalised supplement recommendations. 

If you'd like to increase the accuracy and personalisation of these recommendations, we recommend our Nutrition blood test to measure the status of key nutrients affecting overall health and longevity. Our doctors will analyse your blood results together with your health assessment and provide a personalised video explaining your results and supplement recommendations.
